I purchased this pyramid for my newly married daughter. It was supposed to arrive on the 20th and when it wasn't there by the 21st, I posted a message to the distributor through Amazon's website. I got a call from Germany, within 20 minutes of posting. I explained that I hadn't received my order and the gentleman said that he would ship another one out from his distributor in NJ and it would arrive the next day. I gave him my home address and it arrived on Thursday the 22nd, just like he promised.It's beautiful, we put it together Christmas morning in less than 10 min. I forgot to order the candles, so we used some tea lights on the candle holders to see if it worked and it did! My daughter and her husband are thrilled. She is currently studying to be a Unitarian minister and this advent pyramid will become part of their holiday traditions for many years. Now I just need to remember to order the candles before next Christmas! Thank you for your lovely product and customer service. I couldn't be more pleased!
